•JR Matsumoto Station alighting (about 5km).
Take Matsumoto-dentetsu Bus (From Matsuden Bus Terminal, No.1 for Shiojiri-eigyosho), get off Takefuchi-bashi Bus Stop or Hirata Bus Stop, from there by walking 5 minutes.
•From Nagano Expressway "Shiojiri-kita IC", by car about 15 minutes.

1st round : 9:00 - 10:15
2st round : 10:30 - 12:00
3st round : 13:00 - 14:15
4st round : 14:30 - 16:00
Before inspection, you have to go to the reception desk first.
