By Street Car (No.2), get off Kengun (the Last Station), from there by walking 10 minutes.
Or take Sanko Bus (Jieitai, Kencho-kanjo Line), get off Unyushikyoku-iriguchi Bus Stop, from there by walking 5 minutes.
